Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Final

  • Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Product Condition

  • All items are sold “as-is”, without any warranties expressed or implied.
  • Product conditions may vary (new, like new, used, open-box, or salvage), and descriptions will be provided to the best of our ability.
  • By purchasing from LotLiquidation.com, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of liquidation goods.

Exceptions – Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Refunds or credits may be issued only in cases where an order is damaged or lost during shipping.
  • For freight shipments, customers must inspect the shipment at delivery and note any damage or shortage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
  • For parcel shipments (UPS/FedEx), visible damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and items.
  • Claims submitted without proper documentation (photos, BOL notes, etc.) may not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If you need to cancel before processing, please contact us immediately at

    support@lotliquidation.com.

    Approval will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (in cases of damage or loss) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after claim approval.
  • To initiate a refund claim, please email us at support@lotliquidation.com with your order details and supporting information.
