All Sales Final
- Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Product Condition
- All items are sold “as-is”, without any warranties expressed or implied.
- Product conditions may vary (new, like new, used, open-box, or salvage), and descriptions will be provided to the best of our ability.
- By purchasing from LotLiquidation.com, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of liquidation goods.
Exceptions – Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Refunds or credits may be issued only in cases where an order is damaged or lost during shipping.
- For freight shipments, customers must inspect the shipment at delivery and note any damage or shortage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
- For parcel shipments (UPS/FedEx), visible damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package and items.
- Claims submitted without proper documentation (photos, BOL notes, etc.) may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing
- Approved refunds (in cases of damage or loss) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after claim approval.
