  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods

We handle both small and bulk orders, and shipping methods may vary depending on the size of your purchase:

  1. Standard Parcel Shipping
    • Smaller orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx.
    • Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped.
  2. Freight Shipping (Oversized/Bulk Lots)
    • Most liquidation lots are oversized and require freight shipping.
    • After checkout, our team will contact you to confirm freight delivery details.
    • Standard freight deliveries are made curbside only. Additional services (such as liftgate, inside delivery, or residential delivery) may incur extra charges.
    • Freight costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location.

Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Large or palletized orders may require additional handling time.

Delivery Times

  • Parcel Orders: Typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
  • Freight Orders: Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier availability. You will be provided with an estimated delivery window once the shipment is booked.

Customer Responsibility (Freight Deliveries)

  • Customers are responsible for inspecting all freight shipments at the time of delivery.
  • Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
  • Failure to document damages or shortages with the carrier at the time of delivery may limit our ability to assist with a claim.
  • Once the BOL is signed without notations, the shipment is considered accepted in good condition.
